The Google application "Arka v5 server"

Arka Crew runs a Google application named Arka v5 server. It is used by one server of Arka Crew only, to keep a nightly backup copy of Arka's own records in a Google Drive folder that belongs to Arka Crew.

• It asks Google for one permission only: to see, create and delete the files it created itself (the Google Drive drive.file scope). It cannot see any other file in the Drive account.
• The files it writes are backup copies encrypted before they leave the server. Only Arka Crew holds the key.
• The data in those copies is Arka Crew's own business data. It is not sold, shared or given to anyone else, and it is not used for advertising.
• Copies older than 30 days are deleted by the same application.

Arka Crew's use of information received from Google APIs follows the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

Arka, the WhatsApp assistant

Arka answers customers on WhatsApp on behalf of a business owner who has asked for it. The messages exchanged belong to that business and its customers; they are stored on Arka Crew's own server for the business owner, kept only as long as the owner is a client, and never sold or shared with other parties.
